Our well appointed recruiters are trained individually by Steve Nelson, and are compensated based on recruiting qualified, quality respondents who participate. Approximately half of our recruiters are bilingual, so we can take on Spanish speaking recruits as well.
Security of information is extremely important to us and all staff members follow the Marketing Research Association’s Code of Marketing Research Standards. We also have our own set of rigorous security procedures in place to protect the entire recruitment process.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in market research recruiting. He started as a kid passing out flyers for his mother, who opened the business in 1980. Over the years he has personally recruited for every possible type of study and has watched the industry change and bend with the times – he’s seen it all! Steve holds a BS in Business and Marketing from UCLA.
Steve understands the recruiting business like no other. Learning how to deal with people effectively over the phone at such a young age has attributed much to his success, and his enthusiasm and pursuit for excellence reaches every corner of his business.
Steve’s passion is baseball (watching and playing) and he is very competitive on and off the field. In his free time, he enjoys surfing and spending time in the outdoors with his family.
Natalie joined the team at Nelson in early 2016 as Director of Business Development. She brings over 8 years of industry experience, previously working in project management in Chicago and as president of a top rated marketing research facility in San Francisco. She holds a BS in Marketing from Arizona State University.
Natalie’s greatest strengths are in client service, and she always strives to provide our clients with the best possible experience and truly enjoys making and nurturing relationships. Her primary focus is to grow the business while still maintaining the family spirit that Nelson is known for.
In her free time Natalie loves to travel, read, and spend time with her boyfriend. She enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants.
